The third training workshop “Adaptation, Integration & Action Plan” for the CAP4INNO project was held at University of Technology, Jamaica (UTech) in Kingston from 10th to 12th March 2015.
The first training workshop on “Strategic Use of Intellectual Property in the Innovation Process: A Focus on Patents” for the CAP4INNO project was held at The University of the West Indies, Saint Augustine Campus, Trinidad and Tobago, from 30th June 2014 to 4th July 2014.
CAP4INNO was presented to almost 80 ACP project representatives at the Joint Stakeholder Conference, Investing in the knowledge economy within ACP states, of three ACP-EU Programmes that was held at the ACP House in Brussels from 1st to 2nd April 2014.

CAP4INNO was kicked off at the University of Alicante (UA) on 18th and 19th November 2013 together with other 5 EDULINK projects in the areas of sustainable energy and agriculture.
The project “Knowledge transfer capacity building for enhanced energy access & efficiency in the Caribbean (Cap4inno)” is co-financed by the European Commission through the ACP Edulink programme.
Cap4inno aims to provide a solution to the challenges of energy access & efficiency through building the capacities of Caribbean HEIs to promote knowledge transfer, and offer relevant training programs to students and professionals of the sector. read more...
